Technical information. When you visit the website, the third-party providers that host and deliver it may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the date and time of your request. Our hosting and website service provider also adds its own script to every page of this website as part of its service, and that script may collect technical and usage data under the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Information Processed Within APRISE Business Hub
Our customers use APRISE Business Hub to manage invoices, quotations, expenses and client relationships. This means the service may contain information about our customers' own clients, contacts and suppliers, such as names, contact details, notes and billing information.
For this information, the customer decides what is entered and for what purpose, and is responsible for having a lawful basis to use it and for informing the people concerned where the law requires. APRISE processes this information on the customer's behalf and only to provide, maintain and support the service, to keep it secure, or where the law requires us to. We do not use it for our own marketing and we do not sell it.
If you are a client of one of our customers and want to exercise your privacy rights for information held in APRISE Business Hub, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the relevant customer where we can.
6. Purposes of Data Processing
- To read and reply to your enquiry or subscription request.
- To set up and activate your subscription, provide access to APRISE Business Hub and support you.
- To confirm payments and keep records of subscriptions.
- To send service, billing and other administrative messages about your subscription.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website and the service.
- To keep business records and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, or where the law otherwise allows it, and you can opt out at any time.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where data protection laws require a legal basis for processing, such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on:
- contract, when processing is needed to respond to a subscription request or to provide the service you subscribed to;
- legitimate interests, when we reply to enquiries, keep the website and service secure, and run and improve our business, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights;
- legal obligation, when we must keep records or disclose information by law;
- consent, where the law requires it, for example for certain cookies or marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
8. Data Sharing with Service Providers
We share personal information only where needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Hosting and website service provider. Website hosting, delivery and security, the script it adds to each page as part of its service, storage of contact form submissions and delivery of submission notifications.
- Software infrastructure providers. Providers that host and operate the technical infrastructure of APRISE Business Hub.
- Email service provider. Email you send us, and our replies, are handled by the provider of our business email.
- Payment providers and banks, to the extent needed to receive and confirm your payments.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, or on our instructions, depending on the service they provide.
9. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, appropriate to the nature of the information. Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You can help protect your account by keeping your login details confidential.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- enquiries that do not lead to a subscription are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence;
- subscription and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- data in an APRISE Business Hub account is kept while the subscription is active and for 30 days after the subscription expires.
After a subscription expires. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. During the 30 days after expiration, you can purchase a new subscription and continue using your existing data, or ask us for a copy of your data at aiman@apriseglobal.com. Before we provide a copy, we may verify your identity and your right to access the account. After these 30 days, the data in the account may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable. Information that we are required to keep for legal, accounting or other mandatory reasons may be kept for longer, for as long as those obligations require.
You can also ask us to delete your information at any time, including before the end of the 30-day period. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep it. Requests to delete data and other privacy requests are handled under applicable law, as described in section 12.
11. International Data Transfers
APRISE is based in the United Arab Emirates and serves customers in other countries. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you are located, including outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Economic Area. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where the law that applies to you requires specific safeguards for such transfers, we take reasonable steps to make sure the transfer meets those requirements.
12. User Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict or to stop certain processing, or object to it;
- receive your information in a portable format;

- complain to a data protection authority in your country.
To exercise these rights, contact us at aiman@apriseglobal.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond, and we will respond in line with applicable law.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The code we have written for this website does not set cookies and does not save data in your browser's local storage. Third-party services used by this website, including our hosting and website service provider and Google Fonts, may use cookies or similar technologies, or process technical data, as part of their service. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail and how you can manage cookies.
14. Third-Party Services
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers to download the font files. The website may also link to websites that we do not operate. Third-party services and websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
15. Children
This website and APRISE Business Hub are intended for adults, including individual users and businesses, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
