Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to APRISE Business Hub subscriptions and to the use of this website.
All subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. At the end of the selected subscription period, access to the service expires unless the customer purchases a new subscription. No automatic charges will be made.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and APRISE FZE LLC ("APRISE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 4431709.01. Our registered address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms apply when you use this website, send us a subscription request or use APRISE Business Hub. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or the service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Description of Services
APRISE Business Hub is business management software provided on a subscription basis. It includes the following solutions:
- Invoice & Quotation Management;
- Business Expense Tracking;
- Client Management (CRM).
All subscription plans include the same service. Plans differ only in the length of the subscription period and the price. Images of the software interface on this website are illustrations with sample data.
We may improve or change features of the service over time. We will not make changes that materially reduce the service you have paid for during your current subscription period without telling you in advance.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
APRISE Business Hub is available to individual users and to businesses and other organizations. You do not need to be a registered company to subscribe.
To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or other organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
In these Terms, a "consumer" is an individual who uses the service for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A "business customer" is a company, organization or individual, such as a sole trader or freelancer, who uses the service for those purposes. The rights of consumers and business customers may differ under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable law.
Access to APRISE Business Hub is provided through a user account. When you subscribe, you must give us accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at aiman@apriseglobal.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Software License and Permitted Use
For the duration of your paid subscription period, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use APRISE Business Hub for your own use or for the internal purposes of your business or organization, in line with these Terms.
You may not sell, resell, sublicense or rent access to the service, or make it available to third parties other than your authorized staff, unless we have agreed to this in writing.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the information you enter into APRISE Business Hub, including information about your own clients, and for having the right to use it;
- the content and accuracy of the invoices, quotations and other documents you create with the service;
- complying with the tax, invoicing, accounting and other laws that apply to you or your business;
- keeping your own copies of records you are legally required to keep.
APRISE Business Hub is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
6. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer Starter (1 month), Basic (3 months), Pro (6 months) and Premium (12 months) subscription plans. All plans include the same service. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page in UAE dirhams (AED).
The price shown for each plan is the total price for the full subscription period. Prices shown on the website may change. The price that applies to your subscription is the price confirmed to you in writing when your subscription is arranged. A price change does not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
7. Subscription Activation
Services cannot currently be purchased online. To subscribe:
- choose a plan on the Pricing page;
- send a subscription request through the contact form or by email to aiman@apriseglobal.com;
- our team contacts you to confirm the plan, price and start date, and provides payment instructions.
A subscription request is not a binding order. Your subscription is activated after we have received your payment and confirmed the activation to you in writing. Your subscription period starts on the activation date confirmed to you.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we send you information about your right of withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form, together with the payment instructions, and we ask whether you want the service to start during the withdrawal period.
8. Subscription Expiration and Renewal
Each subscription runs for the period of the plan you select: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from the activation date.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. At the end of the subscription period, your access to APRISE Business Hub expires. To continue using the service, you must purchase a new subscription. We do not make any automatic charges.
Your data after expiration. After your subscription expires, we keep the data in your account for 30 days. During these 30 days:
- you can purchase a new subscription and continue using your existing data;
- you can ask us for a copy of your data by writing to aiman@apriseglobal.com. Before we provide it, we may verify your identity and your right to access the account.
After these 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable. Information that we are required to keep for legal, accounting or other mandatory reasons may be kept for longer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Cancellation
Because subscriptions do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel to avoid future charges. You can stop using the service at any time before the end of your subscription period, and you can tell us that you no longer wish to use it by writing to aiman@apriseglobal.com.
Unused days or months of a subscription are not refunded, and there is no automatic refund for a partially used subscription, except as described in section 11 and in our Refund Policy, or where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
10. Payments and Billing
All subscriptions are paid in advance for the full subscription period. Online payments on this website are coming soon. Until then, payment is made using the payment instructions our team provides when your subscription is arranged.
This website does not take card payments and does not issue payment confirmations. We confirm payments to you in writing. Prices are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
11. Refunds
Subscriptions are prepaid and payments are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, for not using the software, for dissatisfaction with features that were described before purchase, or for unused days or months of a subscription period. There is no automatic partial refund for a partially used subscription.
A refund may be provided where you were charged twice or incorrectly, where the service was not activated, where a significant technical problem that we cannot resolve prevents you from using the service, or where the law requires a refund.
These rules do not affect the mandatory rights of consumers, including the right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have. The full conditions and the way to request a refund or to withdraw are set out in our Refund Policy.
12. Service Availability and Maintenance
We work to keep APRISE Business Hub available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will tell you in advance about planned maintenance that we expect to affect your use of the service.
13. Intellectual Property
APRISE Business Hub, this website and their content, including software, text, design, graphics and the APRISE name and logo, belong to APRISE FZE LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The information and documents you enter into or create with the service remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you use APRISE Business Hub to store information about other people, such as your own clients, you decide what information is entered and why. We process that information on your behalf to provide the service, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use it and for informing those people where the law requires. Contact us if your business requires additional data protection terms.
15. Prohibited Activities
When using the website or the service, you agree not to:
- use them for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- enter or store content that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts or the systems that support them;
- interfere with their normal operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on them;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- send false, misleading or abusive content through the contact form or the service.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the problem first.
If we end your subscription for a reason that is not caused by your breach of these Terms, a refund for the unused part of the subscription period is provided where the applicable law requires it or where we agree to it.
When a subscription ends for any reason, your right to use the service ends. Section 8 explains what happens to your data, unless we are required by law to act differently.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. This includes, where applicable, liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, APRISE FZE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue or savings, business interruption, loss of business opportunities or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the service.
We are not responsible for loss that is caused by your own breach of these Terms, by information you enter into the service, or by events outside our reasonable control. You should keep your own copies of records you are legally required to keep, as described in section 5.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your mandatory statutory rights, including your rights if the service is not provided in line with these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at aiman@apriseglobal.com so that we can try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law allows it.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when online payments are introduced. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. If you have an active subscription, we will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Changes do not affect the price of a subscription period you have already paid for.
